Grazing Stations

Who doesn’t love a table filled with divine food? The Bumpy Road Grazing Station is a fantastic way to start the festivities, the Grazing Station allows your guests to graze away on the most delicious range of selection choices

  • Sliced cured meats, smoked salmon, char grilled vegetables baked breads, house made dips, olives, rocket and parmesan salad, cheese, fruits, nuts, lavosh, paste, honeycomb.

  • Local cheese selection, Dark grapes, figs, dates, sour dough, lavosh, crackers, ciabatta and paste.

  • Eton mess W/ passion fruit curd, vanilla bean panna cotta with berries compote, Chocolate dipped strawberries, Rum balls, honeycomb, and fresh fruit.

Recovery Breakfast

Recovery breakfasts are a great idea for the day after the night before. They allow everyone to come together again and are a special way to farewell guests from afar.

We’d be honoured to put one together to help your celebration stand out!
